Sun Flow

Energise yourself with a series of Sun Salutations flowing through a powerful yoga practice. Lyndalou is here to help you build strength and focus to run your busy lifestyle. This class is inspired by Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga poses which help to increase your vital life force energy within the mind and body.

Reiki Yoga

Wednesday, 7.30PM - 9PM
with Fiona

Reiki Yoga was designed by Fiona to help those who are ready to heal deep within the physical, mental and spiritual body. Healing with Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) helps us to tap into the subtle energies (chakras & aura system) within and around us.
 

She guides her students into Yin Yoga poses to help activate the chakras within the physical body. The Yin Yoga practices are gentle yet deep and slow, holding each pose between 3 to 8 mins long. This allows the body to loosen up the tight and deep tissues which help to release tension and toxins. During long holds, Fiona takes the opportunity to heal & cleanse each student's spiritual health during each pose. She also conducts sound healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls and Shamanic sound tools to amplify the healing vibration during the class.

Moon Hatha

This class combines Reiki healing and Shamanic Sound healing to assist in healing within the physical and spiritual body.

 

Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) is traditional hands-on healing that helps a healee to relax deeply. The Shamanic (Ancient Healing) Sound healing guides us into a deeper level of consciousness called the theta brainwave state.

 

Both practices allow our body to release body tensions and energetic blockages. Restoring our mind, body and spirit back to harmony.

Fiona Teo

Fiona is a passionate holistic wellness and energy worker. She loves combining her practices together to create unique healing experiences to her students and clients.

She enjoys teaching Yin Yoga and adding in the Reiki touch and sound healing into her classes. She is also conducts Reiki Healing Workshops, a Akashic Records Channeler and studying towards being a professional Vedic Astrology reader.

Maryam Malek

For Maryam, everything starts from the breath and nothing else has changed her life quite as profoundly. She will guide you to rediscover your connection to yourself just through the breath. She believes that breathwork, layered with the healing vibrations of singing bowls, will lead you to where you need to go.

Noel Tuan

Noel is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and the founder of The Ark, a recently opened yoga studio that provides safe and loving sanctuary for self-actualization and healing.

On top of Kundalini Yoga, he supports others in rediscovering their True Self with the Akashic Records, Emotional Freedom Technique and Tantric-Tao Bodywork. He strongly believes in self-empowerment and is here to share his knowledge and experiences with you.

A yoga and wellness practitioner for more than 20 years, Lyndalou obtained techniques, teaching methodology, anatomy & physiology as well as yoga philosophy, lifestyle and ethics in the discipline of Ashtanga / Hatha.

 

She specialises in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Pre-natal Yoga, Kids-Teens yoga and Stand Up Paddle Yoga. Friends also call her an adrenaline junkie who enjoys surfing, swimming, freediving and rock-climbing.
